Industry challenges

Problems we often see in this industry

  1. Scattered tools

When live classes, assignments, exams and messaging run in different apps, students and instructors get lost.

  2. Late awareness of student progress

Without attendance and achievement data in one place, students who need support are identified late.

  3. Content creation workload

Preparing question banks, summaries and exercises takes up a large part of instructors' time.

  4. Performance at peak times

Sudden user spikes during exams and enrolment cause outages on systems that do not scale.

  5. Protecting student data

Data of minors requires extra care under data protection law and proper information for parents.

Our solutions

What we build

  • Learning management systems (LMS)

A learning management system that runs course content, live classes, assignments, exams and attendance, and imports content via standards such as SCORM and xAPI.

  • Mobile learning apps

Mobile apps that give students and parents timetables, notifications, offline content and progress tracking.

  • AI-assisted content tools

Tools that draft question banks, summaries and study plans from the instructor's own material, published only after instructor approval.

  • Student tracking and reporting

A reporting layer that presents attendance, achievement and risk indicators to instructors and managers in clear dashboards.

Representative scenario

LMS and mobile student app at a training provider

Representative scenario, not a real client project.

Profile
A training provider running in-person and online courses on several campuses and keeping parents informed about student progress.
Problem
Live classes, assignments and mock exams ran in different tools and parents got information from messaging groups. Instructors spent a lot of time preparing questions and entering grades.
Approach
  1. An LMS was designed to bring lessons, assignments, exams and attendance together; existing content was imported as SCORM packages.
  2. A mobile app for students and parents was built with notifications, timetables and a progress screen.
  3. An AI tool that drafts questions from instructors' own material was added, with instructor approval required.
  4. Attendance and achievement indicators were combined in a dashboard that flags students who need support.
Solutions used
  • Learning management system (LMS)
  • Mobile learning app
  • AI-assisted question drafting
  • Reporting dashboard
Outcome
Students, parents and instructors came together on one platform, instructors saved time on content preparation and students who need support were noticed earlier.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When should a custom learning management system be preferred over an off-the-shelf LMS?

A custom solution fits better when your institution has its own assessment, class and parent processes, or when deep integration with student information, payment and identity systems is needed. In some cases customising an open-source LMS is a good middle ground.

Can we migrate our existing course content?

SCORM and xAPI packages, videos, PDFs and question banks can be moved to the new system. We plan the migration scope during discovery based on your content inventory.

Does AI-generated content go straight to students?

No. The tools draft from the instructor's own material, and nothing is published before the instructor reviews and approves it. Pedagogical control stays with the instructor.

How are exam-time peaks handled?

We validate the infrastructure with load tests and set it up to scale automatically in the cloud, so growing user numbers during enrolment and exams do not degrade performance.

How are student and parent data protected?

We apply role-based permissions, encryption and access logs, and build parent information and consent flows into the system. Retention periods are defined according to your institution's policy.
