Corporate Websites and Web Applications

In short

Corporate website and web application development is the design, build, launch and maintenance of software that presents your company, wins customers or runs your business processes in the browser. CoreTechs develops these products end to end, from requirements analysis to go-live: corporate websites, customer and dealer portals, admin panels and SaaS platforms. Instead of installing a ready-made theme, we build a foundation that carries your content, your integrations and your growth plans.

Who is it for?

  • Companies whose current website loads slowly, breaks on mobile or does not show up in search, and who want a rebuild done properly.
  • Marketing and communications teams that want to update content from their own admin panel without waiting on developers.
  • Businesses that want to give customers, dealers or suppliers a secure portal for orders, documents and status tracking.
  • Start-ups and new business units turning an idea into a subscription-based web application (SaaS).
  • Organisations serving several markets that need a multilingual, multi-region website.
  • Teams that want to move an internal process run on spreadsheets and email into a single browser-based application.

How we work

  1. Free introductory call

In a 30-minute call we listen to your goals, your current site or system and your expectations. We share feasibility, an indicative timeline and a budget range in that same call.

  2. Discovery and scope

We write the page and screen inventory, content structure, user roles and required integrations into a scope document. The fixed quote is based on that document.

  3. Design and prototype

We design the information architecture and the interface and get your sign-off with a clickable prototype. Mobile is designed from day one, not adapted at the end.

  4. Development in two-week sprints

We build in two-week sprints and share a working version at the end of each one. You follow progress live in the project management tool.

  5. Testing, performance and SEO checks

We test across browsers and devices and verify Core Web Vitals, the technical SEO setup and accessibility before launch.

  6. Launch, training and support

We go live in a controlled way and train your content editors. After the warranty period, maintenance and new features can continue under an SLA-based support plan.

How long does it take?

How long a corporate website or web application takes depends on the number of pages and screens, whether content is ready, the integrations, the number of languages and how quickly approvals come back. That is why we do not quote a duration before the scope is clear. We give an indicative timeline in the introductory call and a phased schedule after discovery. Discovery usually starts within a week of the introductory call.

Phases

  1. Introductory call30 minutes, free and with no commitment. Needs, an indicative timeline and a budget range are discussed.
  2. DiscoveryScope document, page and screen inventory, technical architecture. Its length depends on project size.
  3. Design and prototypeKey templates and critical flows are designed; the number of review rounds directly affects the schedule.
  4. DevelopmentTwo-week sprints with a working version at the end of each. The number of sprints follows from the scope.
  5. Testing and launchBrowser, device, performance and SEO checks, followed by a controlled go-live and training.

What drives the cost?

The cost of a corporate website is not a fixed package price; it follows from the scope. We share a budget range that fits your needs in the introductory call and a fixed quote once discovery has clarified the scope. These are the factors that weigh most.

Factors that determine the cost
FactorEffect on cost
Number of pages and screensEach unique template needs its own design and build effort. Pages that reuse a template add far less.
Design approachA bespoke interface, advanced animation and interactive sections take more effort than a clean, component-based design.
Content management needsWhich fields are editable, plus roles and approval flows, define the scope. Flexible content blocks take more setup.
IntegrationsConnections to CRM, ERP, payments, maps, forms and analytics; the quality of each API's documentation and test environment affects effort.
Languages and marketsA multilingual build with localised URLs and hreflang adds development work and content workload.
User accounts and permissionsIn portals and web apps, sign-in, role-based permissions and personalised screens are among the biggest cost drivers.
Hosting and support modelServer or cloud setup, backups, monitoring and post-launch SLA support add to the total cost of ownership.

Example solution scenario

A corporate website combined with a dealer portal

Representative scenario, not a real client project.

Profile
A mid-sized manufacturer that sells through a domestic dealer network and is preparing to enter export markets.
Need
The corporate site ran on an old off-the-shelf theme, loaded slowly on mobile and was published in Turkish only. Dealers phoned the sales team for price lists, catalogues and order status, and current documents were sent out by email.
Approach
  • Discovery captured site content, dealer workflows and the data to be pulled from the ERP in a single scope document.
  • The corporate site moved to a server-rendered Next.js build published in Turkish and English; the content team edits copy from the admin panel.
  • A sign-in dealer portal was built on the same foundation, showing current price lists, product documents and order status through an ERP integration.
  • Performance, technical SEO and accessibility were checked before launch, and old URLs were redirected to the new pages.
Technologies
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • ERP integration
  • Docker
Outcome
The company runs both its corporate presence and its dealer communication on one platform. Dealers find routine information without waiting on the phone, the sales team spends less time on repeat requests, and adding a new language no longer means a separate project.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a corporate website cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the design approach, integrations and languages. We share a budget range in the introductory call and a fixed quote once discovery has clarified the scope.

How long does it take to launch a website?

It depends on the scope, content readiness and your approval process. After discovery we provide a phased schedule, and during development we share a working version every two weeks.

Can we update the content ourselves after launch?

Yes. We agree on the editable areas during discovery and train your content editors before launch. You will not need developers for text, image or page updates.

Who owns the source code and the domain?

Once the project fee is paid in full, the source code and intellectual property rights are transferred to you. We recommend registering the domain and hosting accounts in your company's name.

Will a new website hurt our search rankings?

With a well-planned migration the risk is kept low. We map old URLs to new pages with permanent redirects and check meta tags, the sitemap and structured data before launch.

Can you connect the website to our CRM, ERP or other systems?

Yes. We build integrations such as sending form, quote and order data to your CRM or pulling product and price data from your ERP, using APIs or middleware. Integration needs are defined in discovery and reflected in the quote.

Why choose custom development over a ready-made theme?

A theme can be enough for a simple brochure site. For projects that need performance, multiple languages, integrations or user accounts, custom development avoids unnecessary code and plugin dependencies and keeps the site maintainable over time.

Do you provide maintenance and support after launch?

Yes. During the warranty period, defects are fixed free of charge. After that we offer SLA-based maintenance and support plans for security updates, monitoring and new development.
