E-commerce and retail: Every sales channel on one stock and one order flow.

We build software for e-commerce and retail brands that brings the web store, marketplace integrations, a B2B dealer portal and the mobile app together on one stock and order management layer. The goal is to show the same price and the correct stock on every channel, and to run orders and campaigns without moving data by hand.

Typical needs

Omnichannel sales, stock consistency, campaign management

Industry challenges

Problems we often see in this industry

  1. Stock mismatches between channels

When the website, marketplaces and stores keep separate stock, the same item is sold twice and cancellations and complaints follow.

  2. Orders and invoices moved by hand

Keying marketplace orders into the ERP or accounting software one by one takes time and multiplies the risk of errors.

  3. Campaign and price sprawl

Different campaign rules and price lists on every channel make it hard to see where margin is being lost.

  4. Dealer orders by phone and email

In B2B sales, scattered dealer prices and account data slow ordering down and lead to wrong shipments.

  5. Data without insight

When sales, returns and basket data sit in separate systems, it is unclear which products and channels are profitable.

Our solutions

What we build

  • E-commerce platform

A custom e-commerce platform that manages products, prices, stock and orders in one panel and is shaped around your business instead of the limits of an off-the-shelf package.

  • Marketplace integrations

Product and price publishing to marketplaces with two-way order and return sync; stock is updated on every channel after each sale.

  • B2B dealer portal

An ordering portal connected to your ERP that gives dealers their own price lists, account statements, order and shipment tracking.

  • M-commerce app

iOS and Android apps whose cart, favourites, notifications and loyalty features are fed by the same platform.

  • Price tracking bots and product recommendations

Bots that monitor competitor prices on a schedule and machine learning models that recommend products based on sales history.

Representative scenario

Single stock management for an omnichannel apparel brand

Representative scenario, not a real client project.

Profile
A mid-sized apparel brand with its own web store, two marketplaces and physical stores, also selling wholesale to dealers.
Problem
Stock was kept separately per channel, marketplace orders were keyed into the ERP by hand and dealers sent orders by email. Busy campaign periods led to overselling and cancellations.
Approach
  1. The existing ERP was kept as the source of truth; product, price and stock data were brought into a single integration layer.
  2. Marketplace integrations were built two-way, so orders, returns and shipping status flowed into the ERP automatically.
  3. A B2B portal with dealer price lists and account views was rolled out.
  4. A channel-level sales and returns dashboard gave management a daily view.
Solutions used
  • E-commerce platform
  • Marketplace integration
  • B2B dealer portal
  • Reporting dashboard
Outcome
Stock came to be managed from one source, manual order entry largely disappeared and campaign periods became predictable. Dealer orders could be tracked on a single screen.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Should I choose an off-the-shelf e-commerce package or a custom platform?

Off-the-shelf packages are a fast start for standard products and a single channel. Once omnichannel sales, dealer pricing, ERP integration or custom campaign rules come in, a custom platform is more flexible. We compare both options against your current processes in the discovery call.

Which marketplaces can you integrate with?

Most widely used marketplaces in Türkiye offer APIs for products, orders and stock. We build the integration on these APIs and connect new channels to the same layer. The scope is set during discovery based on the channels you use.

Will it work with our current ERP or accounting software?

Yes. Systems such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis and SAP can be integrated through web services, database access or file transfer. The right method depends on your version and the access available.

Can the B2B dealer portal and the B2C store share one platform?

They can. Products and stock stay shared while dealers get their own prices, payment terms and order screen with separate permissions. This removes the burden of keeping two systems in sync.

What drives project duration and cost?

The number of channels, the systems to integrate, custom campaign and pricing rules, the need for a mobile app and the scope of data migration. After discovery we present a phased plan and quote.
